PLEASE FOLLOW THE STEPS BELOW TO REGISTER FOR FOOD HELP
To access our service, you need to sign up as a member of Love For Australia.
As a member, you will be able to book shopping appointments to access our free grocery store.
Bookings are essential to ensure each customer has privacy while they shop.
APPOINTMENTS can be made between:
10:00am - 4:00pm : Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday
10:00am - 12:00pm : Tuesday
If you have trouble booking online appointments or there are no available time slots for the date you have selected, you can come during our walk-in sessions.
WALK-IN SESSIONS (no appointments necessary) :
4:00pm - 5:00pm : Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday
NO walk-in sessions on Tuesday

Click on the LOG IN button at the top-right of the website. If you are on a mobile device, the LOG IN button can be accessed from the 3 bars at the top-right of the screen.

Please click on the registration link. Everyone must complete this step even if you have visited the Love For Australia store in the last couple of years.

Complete the "Register to receive food help" form with all your relevant information.
Remember to "Set a password" at the bottom of the form for future LOG INs. Once you have completed the form, click the SUBMIT button.

The website will then prompt you to verify your email address. You will receive an email with a 6 digit code in it. Insert the 6 digit code into the space required and click "Confirm & Sign Up" button.

Once you have successfully completed all these steps, a message will appear on the screen to let you know that your account is waiting to be approved.

The Love For Australia staff will review your request and send an approval email.
Requests will be denied if you or someone in your household has already visited the Love For Australia store 50 times. ONE REGISTRATION PER RESIDENTIAL ADDRESS.

To make a shopping appointment, LOG IN with the email address and password that you signed up with. Once you have LOGGED IN, click on the BOOK APPOINTMENT button and select a date and time that you would like to come.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, you can do so by clicking on "My Bookings".
