Charity Terms & Conditions

IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ BELOW:

LOVE FOR AUSTRALIA is committed to providing our service free of charge, however in return, we ask for an ATTITUDE OF GRATITUDE

LOVE FOR AUSTRALIA operates as a self-funded charity. We are not funded by the Australian Government and we are not sponsored by any specific brand.

  • Customers can take a maximum of 10 pantry items per visit. Fruit, vegetables and bread are NOT included in the 10 item limit.

 

  • Please bring your own shopping bags.

 

  • There is a maximum of 50 shopping visits per household IN TOTAL (not per year). Our service aims to provide immediate relief for individuals and families facing financial difficulties. It is not meant to serve as a lifetime membership.

 

  • Each family or household can come and shop once a week (one visit per address per week). 

 

  • If you are not feeling well and have flu symptoms, please reschedule your visit.

  • Only support workers / social workers / case workers with a registered agency are able to take items on behalf of their clients. Customers cannot take 10 items for themselves and 10 items for a friend that is not physically present at the shop.

  • Photo Identification must be presented upon first visit (which clearly shows FULL NAME and RESIDENTIAL ADDRESS).

LOVE FOR AUSTRALIA reserves the right to refuse service to anyone not compliant with our charity’s terms and conditions.

LOVE FOR AUSTRALIA does not have any political affiliations.

LOVE FOR AUSTRALIA is not affiliated with any major supermarket or delivery service.
