Cancellation Policy
Important information - please read this before visiting Love For Australia. LOVE FOR AUSTRALIA is committed to providing our service free of charge, however in return, we ask for an ATTITUDE OF GRATITUDE. - There is a limit of 10 different items per visit. (Fruit, vegetables and bread are not included in the 10 item limit) - Please bring your own shopping bags if you can. - Providing a private shopping experience for our customers is our top priority, which is why we allow only one customer per time slot. If you are unable to attend your appointment, please be sure to cancel or reschedule in order to free up that time for another customer. If you cancel or reschedule prior to your appointment, your shopping credit will be refunded. However, failing to cancel in advance will result in the loss of your shopping credit due to a no-show. Cancel or reschedule your appointment through "My Bookings" on the website or the Love For Australia App (Spaces by Wix) - Our service is designed to give immediate food help due to a temporary financial crisis. It is not intended for long-term or lifetime support. There is a maximum of 50 shopping visits per household IN TOTAL (not per year). - One store visit per residential address per week. - If you are not feeling well and have flu symptoms, please reschedule your visit. - Only support & case workers with a registered agency are able to take items on behalf of their clients. Customers cannot take 10 items for themselves and 10 items for a friend that is not physically present at the shop. - Photo ID must be presented upon first visit (which shows FULL NAME and RESIDENTIAL ADDRESS). LOVE FOR AUSTRALIA reserves the right to refuse service to anyone not compliant with our charity’s terms and conditions.
